Illumination Cream Blue Bleach is perfect for partial or complete lightening of the hair by up to seven levels. Our specialist blend is fast, easy to use and safe to use on the scalp up to 30 vol. It includes an anti-yellowing formula and can be used alongside any technique or bleaching tool.
How To Use:
Combine Illumination Cream Blue Bleach with Cream Peroxide using the mixing ratio displayed in the table.

This specialist formula includes Limnanthes Alba oil, a naturally protective substance that creates a defensive film around each hair to hydrate, moisturise and help to give optimum lift.
Increase oil and moisture levels by adding Neal and Wolf Velvet Oil, we recommend 1 pump of velvet oil for every 10g of Illumination Cream.
