Mix 1 part Wella Color Charm toning colour with 2 parts 20 volume Wella Color Charm developer. Apply to towel-dried hair and develop for up to 30 minutes.

Great product. Only use if you’ve gone very pale yellow. Go for t15or t27 if you are dark yellow or orange. This will not help darker yellow or orange tones. It will change nothing.
