Wella SP Perm Emulsion 50ml help neutralises all alkaline and peroxide residue. Nourishing emulsion used as post-treatment when reshaping or adding a permanent wave. It neutralises residue of the perming treatment and stabilises the result of the reshaping, adding long-lasting protection. The hair elasticity is pliable, becoming smooth and lively bounce. Skin sensitivity was dermatologically tested. For a stable curling result.
